International Delivery
At the moment, we’re unable to ship orders to the Channel Islands or destinations outside the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Returns & Exchanges
If your eyewear isn’t right, you can return it within 100 days for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused and returned with all accessories and tags. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
Prescription eyewear can be returned or exchanged once per order if the fit, vision, or lens quality isn’t right, or if you change your mind. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
You can request a return via our returns page using your order number and email address.
- Log in and select your order
- Follow the return steps
- Receive your Royal Mail QR code
- Print it at home or scan it at a Post Office
- Repack securely and drop off your parcel
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

- Items must not be used or damaged
- All parts and packaging must be included
- Prescription returns are limited to one per order
