Fast Dispatch & Delivery

Frame-only orders usually dispatch the same working day.

Most prescription lens orders dispatch within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed after 11am, at weekends, or on bank holidays are usually processed the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, supplier delays, complex prescriptions, or where extra prescription checks are needed.

Delivery within the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only

We currently deliver to addresses in the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only.

Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. We may use Royal Mail, DPD, or another trusted delivery partner depending on the order, destination and service availability.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey may take longer. These locations usually take around 3–5 working days after dispatch due to ferry, flight or local delivery schedules.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return eligible items within 100 days for a refund or exchange if they are unused, in resaleable condition, and returned with their original packaging.
This extended returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights, including your right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery and your rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Free Return Label 

Eligible UK returns include a prepaid return label. The return carrier may vary and will be confirmed when your return is arranged.

12-Month Warranty

All Chan8e eyewear includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.

All Chan8e Premium prescription lenses include five enhancements as standard:

  • Water-repellent layer
