Frame Size Guide
Use your full frame width (the total width across the front of your glasses) as the main guide, then cross-check your lens, bridge, and temple numbers — usually printed inside the arm, e.g. 49 ▢ 18 140.
Quick size checker
Enter the full frame width from a comfortable pair you already own:
Tip: If you only have lens and bridge numbers, estimate full width as 2 × lens + bridge + 4–6 mm (hinges).
| Size | Full Frame Width (mm) | Lens Width (mm) | Bridge (mm) | Temple (mm) | Typical Fit |

How to measure your frame
- Lay your glasses flat, face-up on a table.
- Measure straight across the front, hinge to hinge — that’s your full frame width.
- Check the inner arm for numbers like 49 ▢ 18 140 to confirm lens, bridge, and temple size.
- If your current pair fits perfectly, pick a frame within ± 2 mm of its width.
- Thicker or darker frames may feel snugger than thin or transparent ones.
- Adjustable nose pads are ideal for finer or lower bridges.
